Running is one of the most effective forms of cardiovascular exercise — it burns calories efficiently and improves muscle tone in the butt and legs. Perfect for a sissy… well, for anyone, really.

Your Distance Challenge

Of course, you won’t just get out and run — you might do that already. Tomorrow you’re going to go at least one mile (about 1.6 kilometers). Heavier or older sissies may need to work up (or down, as the case may be) to actually running. You may walk or run, but either way you’re going the distance.

What to Wear

Women typically wear supportive undergarments while running, and you will, too. Find a pair of simple panties (we don’t want you to ruin your good lacy, frilly or silky ones). If you have a sports bra — great. Otherwise, pick out one of your older bras; it will be your new running bra.

If you don’t have a bra (or don’t want to risk damaging one), you can use tape to provide support. Make sure it isn’t too tight — you should still be able to breathe comfortably while moving.

Closeted sissies who don’t yet have panties may buy a pair before the assignment or wear snug underwear instead. The important part is commitment to the experience.

Set the Mood

To prepare yourself, consider creating a motivating playlist. Upbeat music helps maintain energy while running, and slower songs are ideal for cooling down afterward.

Choose tracks that make you feel confident, powerful, or feminine — whatever inspires you to keep moving forward.

Build Your Progress

You should repeat this every two or three days until you can run a mile in under eight minutes. However, the assignment itself only requires one day.

But once you feel that surge of strength, confidence, and energy, you may not want to stop.
