What does the Sissy Transformation Quiz measure?
The Sissy Transformation Quiz estimates the phase of feminization you are currently moving through. It does not ask whether you are “sissy enough,” and it does not choose your ideal fantasy or training category. Instead, it looks at concrete changes that have already moved from imagination into practice.
The quiz measures five areas: feminine presentation, practical skills, repeatable routines, confidence and integration. Three questions are assigned to each area, so no single behavior controls the result.
The five feminization stages
Stage 1 — Discovery
Feminization is mainly an idea, curiosity or private interest. You may be collecting inspiration or imagining changes, but only a small amount has become regular behavior yet.
Stage 2 — First Changes
The transformation has started to become tangible. You have tried real presentation, grooming or routine changes, but they are still occasional and may depend on having the right mood, privacy or opportunity.
Stage 3 — Active Feminization
Feminization is no longer only experimental. Several skills and routines are repeating often enough to improve, and you can see a recognizable direction developing across presentation, confidence and habits.
Stage 4 — Integrated Transformation
Feminine expression has become easier to access and more consistent. You have repeatable systems, know which skills matter to you and can return to them without needing to restart from zero each time.
Stage 5 — Established Expression
Your transformation is strongly integrated into the parts of life where you choose to express it. Presentation, routines and skills feel established rather than experimental. This does not mean the journey is “finished”; it means the foundation is stable enough to evolve deliberately.
How the transformation score works
Each question has four answers worth 0, 1, 2 or 3 transformation points. Higher points represent greater consistency or integration of that specific behavior—not more sexual, public or extreme behavior. The maximum total is 45 points.
Your total determines the overall stage, while the five dimension bars show where your transformation is strongest and where it is still developing. This prevents a strong wardrobe, for example, from hiding the fact that routines or confidence may still be at an earlier phase.
Transformation stage is not the same as sissy level
The Sissy Level Test answers the broader question “How sissy am I?” This page is narrower: it asks how far your chosen feminization changes have moved from curiosity into repeatable practice and integration.
Transformation stage is not the same as feminization path
Your stage describes where you currently are in the process. Your path describes which direction of feminization appeals to you. If you want direction rather than progress, use Which Feminization Path Fits You?.
How to use your result
Look first at the lowest of your five dimension scores rather than trying to rush toward a higher overall stage. If presentation is strong but routines are weak, build repeatability. If routines are strong but confidence is low, practise using existing skills more comfortably. A transformation becomes sustainable when its different parts begin supporting one another.

Sissy Transformation Quiz: common questions
Is this a feminization progress quiz?
Yes. It estimates your current transformation stage using presentation, skills, routines, confidence and integration.
Does a higher stage mean someone is more feminine?
No. The stage reflects how established selected behaviors are, not a person's value, identity or inherent femininity.
Do I need to be public to reach a later stage?
No. Public exposure is not part of the scoring. A private but stable feminine routine can be highly integrated.
Can my transformation stage go down?
Yes. Routines change with time and circumstances. The result is a snapshot of your current practice, not a permanent status.
Is this the same as Which Feminization Path Fits You?
No. That quiz chooses a direction. This quiz measures the stage of changes you are already making.
