Daily routine

🌙 Face cream applied before bed.
🌙 Hair, nails, perfume, shaving, and jewellery (anklet and ear studs) remain as during the day.
🌙 Underwear and hosiery – including your filled bra.
🌙 Sleepwear – a babydoll nightie (you may skip your bra only if your nightie has underwires).

🔔 You have 60 minutes per week of drabtime, during which you may wear male outer clothes.
❗ This is not 60 minutes per day, 60 minutes PER WEEK. Use it wisely for errands that absolutely require male presentation.
🚦 If you exceed your allowance, you MUST email the Station Mistress for your forfeit, and it will be humiliating.
🏠 If you go out to work, you may wear drab from when you leave your house until you return. Keep track of these hours, they count toward your weekly drabtime.
🏠 If you work from home, you get NO extra drabtime allowance.

⏱ Carry a timer that can countdown your total drabtime each week. Start it whenever you dress as a man.
📢 Imagine the embarrassment if your timer alarm goes off in public and you have to explain that it’s counting down your “boy time,” slut.
🚨 Don’t cheat. Every moment spent in male clothes steals from your true feminine self.
