Task: Spend (at least) 30 minutes walking with a book balanced on your head. Here’s the catch: do it while wearing heels! It doesn’t have to be sky-high heels.
If you have a food injury or discomfort or don’t have heels, practicing barefoot works too.
Purpose: The goal here is to improve your posture and develop a graceful, feminine walk. Walking with elegance is a big part of embodying your sissy identity, and this task is a fun way to start practicing.
