First Stage
Dress for Duty and Begin the Pre-Flight Walk

- Bring that chair into the aircraft room and position it where you can sit safely without blocking the aisle.

Third Stage
Board the Passengers and Check the Cabin
- Simulate overhead storage by placing the carry-on onto a shelf and taking it down 30 times.
- Use an empty or very light bag and a stable shelf within safe reach. Never repeatedly lift a heavy case overhead or climb on furniture.
- Then walk up and down the aisle 10 times, imagining that you are checking every seatbelt and confirming every seat is upright.
- Keep the aisle clear and perform the checks with a calm smile and professional cabin-crew posture.

Fourth Stage
Study the Script, Announce, and Take Off

- The source also suggests using a supporting video. Review one if available, then deliver the safety announcement in your best feminine voice just before takeoff.
